Ordering and turnaround
How fast is your custom t-shirt printing turnaround?
Speed is the main reason people order from us, so this is a happy answer to give. A typical 30-piece order is ready in about two days, and most products ordered before 4 PM Eastern are in our hands the next day. Bigger runs take a little longer, and we’ll always share an honest timeline up front so you can plan around your deadline.
Do you have a minimum order for custom shirts?
Good news here: there’s no minimum. We offer custom t-shirt printing with no minimum order, so whether you want a single shirt or a few hundred, the price per piece stays the same. It’s why we’re a comfortable fit for a small business grabbing a handful of branded tees as well as a team kitting out a full squad.
Can you hit a specific deadline?
Usually, yes, and we’d rather you ask than worry. Tell us the date you need everything by and we’ll confirm whether it’s doable before you commit. Since our turnaround runs fast as standard, most deadlines turn out to be comfortable rather than a scramble.
How do I order custom t-shirts online?
It’s quick. Pick your product, design it in the online tool, choose your sizes and quantities, and check out. The whole thing takes minutes, and you can do it just as easily from your phone as your laptop.
Design and artwork
Can I design custom shirts if I'm not a designer?
Absolutely, and most of our customers aren’t designers. The online designer is built to be friendly enough for anyone, a bit like a self-serve kiosk. Start from one of our ready-made designs, change the colours, text, and artwork, and you’ll have something you’re proud of without any design experience.
Can I upload my own logo to a custom shirt?
Yes, and it’s easy. Upload your logo and drop it straight onto the product, then position and resize it however you like. You can design the front and back separately too, which is handy for company shirts that need a logo on one side and a name on the other.
Can I use a logo I made with AI?
You can. If you created a logo with a tool like ChatGPT, bring that file over and use it in the designer. The whole custom t-shirt printing job gets done right at your computer, no trip to a print shop needed.
What file format do you need for custom printing?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works well for most designs, and vector files like SVG, EPS, or PDF are ideal because they stay sharp at any size. The simple rule is to send the best-quality file you have, and if you’re ever unsure whether it’ll print well, send it over and we’ll happily check it before anything goes to production.
Can I see my custom shirt design before I order?
Yes, and we think this is one of the nicest parts. The designer shows your artwork on the actual product as you build it, so what you see on screen is what you’ll get. We also look over every order ourselves before it prints, just to catch anything early.

What's the difference between printing and embroidery?
Both are great, they just suit different looks. Printing lays your design onto the fabric and shines with big, colourful artwork and large logos. Embroidery stitches the design into the fabric for a cleaner, textured finish that looks sharp on hats, polos, and company dresswear. Plenty of customers happily use both across a single order.
Do you make custom apparel for businesses?

Will my custom print hold up in the wash?

How much does shipping cost?
You can choose ground shipping for the standard timeline or rush shipping when you need it faster, and your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the option and where it’s going.
